Fathers, We Need to Exercise

Exercising is a must! As Dads, if you are doing sports at any level then continue to do so. You're already in a routine. For those dads who are not, you want at least workout three times a week. Go to the gym, but keep in mind use the machines or free weights that works best for you. Outside of the gym, I suggest you bike, walk or run at least no less than 2 miles. If you are a beginner take your time, you'll get there. Most importantly thing is you don't quit and finish your routine.
